Overview & Background
Bamboo Airways is a potential young airline established in 2017. Bamboo Airways belongs to FLC Group - a corporation specializing in real estate and resorts. This is also one of the advantages that help Bamboo have the potential to support financially and have a large customer base available. Combining aviation with resort and hotel systems is a great thing that creates a unique ecosystem. Bamboo targets mostly mid-range customers, with the criteria of selling air tickets and services at reasonable prices, cheaper than national airlines but achieving basic and quality criteria. Bamboo Airways has taken a new step in product development in its ecosystem by investing in user experience development that goes within the customer experience. User experience is a long-standing trend and a comprehensive strategy to deliver exceptional experiences to their customers.
