Overview & Background
The National Aviation Agency wants to applied UX and UI effectively in the project so that it can create impressive shopping experiences for their customers. They will be satisfied when buying the tickets and using services from the Agency.
The Agency also wants to pass the WCAG 2.0 so their system also adapted by the disabilities. Besides that, the consistency between IBE of Normal passengers and the V.I.P is the must. V.I.P members could understand and use "miles" for buying flight tickets effectively...
Here are some visions that my client wants to have for their system:

The first Airlines Agency in Vietnam would be applied a Professional full package of UX services.

Creating a useful website by providing updated and useful content.

Build up a website which follows the latest design trends. It also must have good contrast and be usable not only for normal people but also for disabilities
